Apart from executive search service, we also provide advertised selection service upon client's request. We use a combination of advertisement and executive search to identify executives across a range of functions. This approach enables us to reach a broad candidate pool and to identify individuals with particular professional qualities. Advertised selection provides a highly effective means of locating the right candidates, taking account of their potential as well as their experience.


Advertised selection consists of the following three steps:
  • Specification

    We conduct a thorough study of the client company (including business needs and strategies, and market position, and company culture, etc.) and decided the key responsibilities of the position.

  • Advertising Placement

    We communicate with the client over the advertising content and offer advice on the timing and placement of the advertisement, making the decision together with the client regarding the advertisement media to be used.

  • Value Added Service: Executive Search Service

    After the initial screening of applicants, we will provide our traditional executive search process. We interview candidates comprehensively and check references and then provide the client with the highly qualified candidates.
We maintain a close working relationship with the client throughout the whole process, from the screening to salary negotiations and reference check.
