Location : The position will be based in Zhuhai

Education :A Bachelor degree or above. Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise a team of around 10 staff in Operation, Xiamen. To provide overall management on day to day operations to ensure quality services are delivered

• Manage overall to day to day operations to ensure quality services are delivered

• Ensure processing capabilities are geared up to achieve accuracy and strive to exceed the standards.

• To maximize the productivity of the team to ensure efficiency

• To work with Sales, Product & Senior Manager, Trade Services to ensure that all products launched are in compliance to the Group policies and local regulatory requirements

• To ensure I-Factoring operations and monitoring compliance with the laid down procedure.

• Have good understanding of payment, Collection and Liquidity Management, etc.

• To ensure the unit is in full compliance to local regulatory requirement as well as bank policies.

• To support the Group strategy in regards to continuous improvement in productivity

• Ensure efficient processing.

• Develop bench strength and backup arrangement for CMS .

• To support Head, CMS on ad hoc or group projects.

Qualifications :

• University degree preferably major in Finance/ management， accounting , business administration or equivalent

• At least 5 years relevant experiences in Operation with 3 years in managerial role

• Excellent communication and written skills in both Chinese and English
• Energetic and able to withstand heavy workload in meeting cut off time.

• Should have a passion and ability to motivate the team to reach the highest levels of accuracy

• Sound knowledge on local regulatory requirement is a plus

• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payments

• Self motivated and willing to work under pressure

• Excellent communicator
