Location : The position will be based in Shanghai.

Reporting Relationship : Team Leader, China

Education :A Bachelor degree or above. Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the deployment of a business initiative (Outserve) for WB China

• Work closely with business/ function heads to

• Identify initiatives to help the business

• Do IDEAL (Six Sigma projects) with teams of cross functional resources

• Manage and mentor team of resources who are doing IDEAL projects

• Be closely involved with and drive the VOC process for the business including the actual VOC, analysis, recommendation and projects coming out of it

• Remove roadblocks on projects

Qualifications :

• Experienced in Managing and doing Six Sigma/ Lean projects for process improvements (Certified MBB/ BB is good but not a necessity)

• Strong knowledge of improvement tools and their applications

• Good statistical knowledge

• Preferably work experience in service industry (better if frm a bank)

• Cantonese speaking (Mandarin also is better)
