Reporting Relationship : General Manager

Responsibilities:

•  He/She will have the total responsibility of the overall management and accounting operations, which covers finance, accounting, treasury, credit control, budgeting, planning, taxation and reporting.

•  Formulating the strategy for finance and capital management in line with the company's mission and vision.

•  Setting up and streamlining the finance and accounting system, with a strong focus on the risk management, therefore accomplishing the preparation for the listing.

•  Developing the internal control system.

•  Functioning as a business partner to provide value added financial advisory to the top management.

•  Establishing and maintaining good relationship with CSRC and other financial institutions, such investment banks and security firms, etc.

Qualifications :

•  Solid hands on China experience in a senior finance function.

•  Fluent English and Mandarin, both in spoken and written.

•  At least 8 years' experience in financial function with MNCs, of which 2-3 years in the senior management role.

•  Mature, approachable and team work oriented.
