Responsibilities :
Operationally speaking, he/she will oversee the planning as well as the strategy execution of manufacturing companies. In the mean time, he will have to provide a consultative role towards such companies.
On the administrative side, the key task of the GM ¨C Mechanical Electronics Product will be fully reassess and restructure many aspects of the staffing and business operations. As such systems, structures, processes, rules and regulations will need to be designed, implemented and fine-tuned. The staffing situation will also need to be monitored to ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of the organization.

Qualifications :
The GM ¨C Mechanical Electronics Product must have at least 5 y ears experience in the industrial field, of which 2-3 years' will have been in a senior operation role within a multinational manufacturer in China . He/She shall have working experience both in US and China .
It is essential the GM ¨C Mechanical Electronics Product have a strong comm unication/Interpersonal skill. It is also important that the individual has a good culture understanding of both US and Chinese cultures. A strong grasp of manufacturing related operations is also desired.
The GM is also expected to have a strong technical feel (mechanica l / electronics engineering), although he/she need not necessarily be overly qualified in a specific technical field . At the same time, it is highly desired that the GM must have good financial understanding of the overall operation.
It is equally important that the GM - Mechanical Electronics Product have a personality suited to the business and current style of operation. He/She should be a very down to earth, hands-on manager, and street smart with an approachable yet firm and decisive personality. The finalist shall posses soaring strong people management skill, he/she must feel comfortable with an entrepreneurial management style, and interacting and working with people at all levels. It is also essential that the candidate have a commitment to the concept of continuous improvement.

We would expect that more experienced candidates will be at least 35 years of age.
