Education : A Master degree or above. Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities :
Working as a start-up mode leader to close all the required follow up on the expansion plan.
Leading the management team toward the achievement of company goals of sales, profit, market share as well as new customer acquisition.
Insuring all products satisfy customer requirements of quality and customer service.
Providing a systemic work environment for all employees.
Satisfying all environmental laws and requirements.
Managing the relationship between China and other group manufacturing sites especially in Eastern Asia .
Maintaining high employee morale.
Overseeing the hiring and training of all plant related management/technical staffs.
Maintaining good relationships with all governmental officials, industrial park administrators, and nearby neighbors.
Insuring that the plant satisfies all governmental and industrial park requirements and filings.
Qualifications :
Hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Printing or Engineering Related subjects, MBA will be an advantage.
Have 15 years+ experience in printing Industry, publication experience will be a definite plus.
Have solid and hands-on management experience of a medium to large printing company.
Highly strategic and is able to set up new customer pool immediately.
Have strong written and spoken English and Mandarin skills.
Have outstanding experience in new start-up and cross-cultural management.
Have successful tracking record of project management as a leadership role including quality stability.
Have excellent presentation, negotiation as well as people management skills.
Qualified expatriate candidates with Asia working experience will have an advantage.
