Reporting Relationship : General Manager, Asia AO North & Central China (NCC)
Responsibilities :
S/He will also actively develop Sales Plans and Marketing Strategies to meet Corporate Vision and Goals for Automotive market development in China .
Recruiting, Selecting, Coaching, Mentoring, Building and Leading an effective, competent, and highly motivated Automotive Sales Team.
Managing the business processes, communication, productivity, and results of the sales team. Managing the recognition and rewards with GM and HR.
Selecting, prioritizing and managing Key Account strategies and assignments.
Developing and managing market & customer growth plans.
Collecting, analyzing and organizing market and competitor information for making initiatives.
Leading, selecting, driving and winning customer opportunities for accelerated conversion or impact on business results.
Representing the company, selling to & managing relationship to Key Accounts.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a minimum of 8-10 years management experience in a multinational company at mid to senior level with car manufacturer and distributor backgrounds, overseas experience will be a plus.
S/He must have strong knowledge of China Automotive market structure and practices, as well as small electric motors for automotive applications. The person should also have Sales & territory / key account sales management experiences, while channel sales experience will be preferred.
S/He must be thoroughly qualified and knowledgeable both operationally and commercially with extensive internal / external contacts in the relevant industries and in the market place.
It is important that the Sales Manager should have strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
The incumbent must be a polish, professional, and goals oriented individual committed to teamwork.
S/He must have a bit on an entrepreneurial flair, and have an aggressive approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills with people at all levels in the business group are also important.
It is anticipated that the person will have the ability to grow the automotive business in China dramatically.
