Reporting Relationship : Expatriate A sia General Manager .

Responsibilities :

•  Recommend the Global leadership team on the marketing strategy formulation and make the adoption to Asian market through the market research and analysis, which involve in the competitor intelligence and Marco market trend update.

•  Bridge between the Global leadership team of Commodity in Midland and the Asian organization / implementation team to bring the Asian perspective in the Commodity strategies.

•  Oversee the development and implementation of the overall Brand Vision.

•  Drive the development and implementation of Commodity plan in Asia jointly with the Area leader.

•  Identify the market potential and opportunities, develop and implement market share penetration strategy & monitor market share gains & position.

•  Develop with Global Trader product line offering for Commodity, allowing market share penetration and participation of the company in existing mature markets.

•  Represent Asia In Commodity Promotion plans helping focusing promotion plans on target market, measure promotion impact, adjust for cultural differences.

•  Play an integral role in the development and implementation of Commodity Asian channel strategies.

•  Formulate the country specific strategies China / Japan / Korea and ensure linkages and alignment with global strategy.

•  Contribute to development of Commodity website as an effective selling tool globally and in Asia .
