Responsibilities :
To implement corporate driven Management Development initiatives aimed at increasing management strength and leadership capabilities in China .
To manage and maintain relationships with division heads to ensure that management development needs and issues are being addressed.
To develop and maintain relationships with relevant government organizations, learning institutions, and management recruiters to build a capable talent pool.
To plan and direct the standardization of policies and procedures in the human resources function of the business and operating units in China .
To devise and deploy management retention programs.
To manage all administration aspects of the China HQ office.
To work with Value Center management teams to employ programs, which facilities awareness and full compliance with Employee Code or Conduct.

Conceptual, analytical, a practical problem solver, as well as possessing strategic thinking abilities.
Independent and capable of operating with minimal support and direction.
Strong leadership abilities, decision-making skills.

EXPERIENCE:
Prospective candidates will be an experienced PRC national human resource professional with many years' experience with at least 3-4 years experience with a multinational operation.
Possess specialized knowledge in recruitment, performance measurement processes, compensation / reward systems, and retention.
Experienced in defining and deploying strategic people programs in the area of management development and retention.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills; be a proactive and approachable with a high degree of maturity; good supervisory skills; and a western mindset.
Possess excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
