Reporting Relationship : VP, Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities :

•  Identifying, monitoring and developing local talents within all the business units.

•  Leading and directing the efficient utilization of human resources in all functional areas of the organization.

•  Monitoring and enhancing existing Human Resources Information System to provide analytical information for management decision, and generating reports for regular, statutory and ad hoc requirements.

•  Effectively communicating with the Heads of Business Units to identify talents as well as implement employee retention plans and strategies.

•  Setting up and implementing career development systems to attract and retain local talents.

•  Coordinating all staff movement which will support current and future business needs, as well as constantly updating relevant personnel records.

•  Designing and implementing Leadership Development as well as Job Rotation Programs for the organization.

Qualifications :

•  The ideal candidate will be a PRC National candidate with at least 6 - 8 years' experience in either a functional and/or generalist human resources role, of which 2-3 years will be in a management capacity working for a multinational company.

•  The candidate must be capable and willing to work at higher-level human resources activities as well as on day-to-day operational issues. Solid exposure to recruiting, training, development, policy development and implementation, employee relations, etc. will be essential.

•  The candidate must have good communication, strong interpersonal and influencing skills ¨C this will be essential.

•  S/He must have the capability to develop the role of the HR function, and work effectively to implement the talent development systems.

•  The incumbent will also be a good listener, and follow corporate rules.

•  The position holder should have personal strength of character to be firm and take independent and professional stands on matters.

•  High levels of loyalty and integrity are also mandatory.

•  The incumbent must also be a hands-on, open-minded and goals oriented individual committed to teamwork.

•  S/He must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
