Reporting Relationship : VP, Consumer Banking Head , China .
Responsibilities:
This role is positioned at the Assistant Vice President/Vice President level. The person will take care of the overall marketing operations for Consumer Banking Sector in China to kick off the identity and image. This involves planning, budgeting, branding and promotion.
Formulate and execute the marketing strategy to promote the Bank's Consumer Banking product/services in China .
Follow the Bank's global marketing strategy, make the local adoption.
Pave the way for the sales teams and provide the value-added support to management team to ensure the achievement of the Bank's Mission and Vision.
Manage the marketing budget.
Identify, alliance and direct the Advertising Agencies, PR firms and Media regarding the national media plan and full line marketing events, which including promotion, marketing campaign, kick-off meetings, and other marketing events.
Work closely with the market research organizations.
Build up, coach and lead an effective marketing team.
Qualifications :
He/She will be a PRC National at with a college degree or above.
He/She must at least 5 years marketing experience within multination companies. Previous overseas experience / exposure is highly preferable.
It is vitally important that incumbent shall be a strategy planner instead of a strategy executor.
The person shall be a very hands on leader with strong people management skills.
In terms of the personality, the finalist shall be creative, proactive, and energetic self-starter, who is willing to take the challenges and work under the pressure.
Sound interpersonal skills and people management skills are highly desired. Fluency in Mandarin and English are mandatory.
