Responsibilities :
He/she will oversee the sales teams in China and have overall responsibility for the company's sales activities nation wide.
His/her responsibility will lay a strong focus on working with clients, managing the sales force (developing and implementing sales plans, managing and training the sales staff), coordinating with technical implementation team and the most importantly - closing deals.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional who can smell and catch the business opportunities.
He/she will have extensive networks, which provide him/her with the credibility to access senior executives and decision makers.
Leadership is a key requirement ¨C the ability to build a successful sales team and lead the team to make the numbers (quarterly goals, revenue / profit / margin targets, MBOs, etc.).
The individual also needs to motivate and push the team, as well as possess strong selling, negotiating and closing skills.
A strategic mindset (industry and account focus) and customer approach are also essential.
The candidate must be professional, result oriented, mature and confident, with the stature to gain respect from customers, peers and subordinates.
Above all, the candidate shall have the entrepreneur spirit and be willing to work under high pressure and take the new challenge.
It is essential the candidate have a software / service mentality.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 ¨C 5 years working experience with multinational or Chinese firms, and come from IT companies.
Pervious successful business experience with home appliance manufactures, pharmaceutical companies, tobacco industry, as well as established local private enterprises will definitely be a plus.
