Reporting Relationship : Greater China Recruitment and Organizational Excellence Manager

Responsibilities:


•  The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for all activities related to the recruitment function in China and Hong Kong .

•  Implementing recruitment strategy for Greater China to attract and recruit the best talent.

•  Developing and enhancing the most effective and efficient talent sourcing channels.

•  Developing and implementing candidate assessment and selection tools.

•  Monitoring staffing progress across Greater China.

•  Developing and implementing on-campus recruitment programs and MBA leadership development programs.

•  Strengthening partnerships with targeted universities and business schools.

•  Enhancing the Greater China talent pool.

•  Contribute to building Greater China operation to become one of the most preferred employers in the labor market.

•  Ensure the consistency of Greater China staffing procedures and processes.

•  Develop efficient and cost-effective talent sourcing tools to attract the best talent.

•  Review and identify target universities and business schools, and developing them to be a key recruitment resource.

•  Ensure implementation of Greater China MBA Leadership Development Programs.

There will also be a focus on:

•  Campus and business school identification of local and Returnee talent.

•  Sourcing and then evaluating talent through Targeted Selection, focusing on fully developing a set of tools.

•  Employer Branding ¨C building and implementing a systematic process.

•  Developing sourcing channels, such as e-recruitment and search firms.

 

 

 

Qualifications :

•  The ideal candidate will be a PRC National with at least 7 years' experience in a human resources role with a multinational company. Recruitment experience is essential.

•  Understand the company's vision, strategies and HR vision, mission and strategies.

•  Develop and work to maintain trust and team relationships with management and all other business partners

•  Develop and prioritize recruitment plans in line with HR strategies, as well as ensuring thorough implementation.

•  Make sound, analysis-based decisions and evaluation solutions on a cost / efficiency basis.

•  Understand the candidate assessment selection process and have the targeted selection skills and experience in candidate screening, assessment & selection.

•  Stay ahead of developments in the talent market, including having knowledge of talent sourcing processes and tools, including executive search, referrals, job postings, internet recruitment, etc., and understand how to develop and implement talent sourcing projects, including campus recruitment, E-recruitment systems.

•  Have a good network and relationship with the targeted university and B-schools.

•  Have knowledge and experience in company image branding projects.

•  It will also be important that the individual have a personality suited to the business and be able to understand and integrate with the company culture. High levels of loyalty and integrity are also mandatory. The incumbent must also be a hands-on, open-minded and goals oriented individual committed to teamwork.

•  The individual should have a minimum of a university degree and good command of both English and Mandarin. The candidate also should have excellent computer skills. It is expected that the candidate will be a PRC National in their late 20s to early / mid 30s.
