Reporting Relationship : Operations Manager
Education: A graduate Degree is required.
Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
Responsibilities :
S/he will be responsible for devising annual sales plans, designing creative and successful marketing programs and ensuring their smooth implementation.
S/he is responsible for putting in world-class systems into bottling operations to achieve increased competitiveness and be accountable for the delivery of the region's operating profit.
S/he will also be responsible for new business identification and development within his/her region.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will likely have a minimum of ten years of business experience with a strong orientation towards sales and marketing, focusing on sales.
S/he may likely have a background in the fast moving consumer goods sector, with a preference for experience in the beverage business.
Ideally, s/he will have had some exposure to general management, possibly in a smaller or less complex business.
Expected to lead partner negotiations and to handle constant interaction with bottlers, s/he should have highly developed influencing and persuasive skills.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate his/her ability and the breadth of vision to take on a full-fledged general management position in the foreseeable future.
Experience in key account/franchisee/distributor management.
Strong leadership skills to manage a team of about 40 staff.
Good financial acumen to take on full P&L responsibility for the region.
Bottling experience highly desirable but not essential.
