Responsibilities:

•  Project Management (design space, constructions, renovations, minor reconfigurations and churns, etc.)

•  Real estate (space needs analysis, evaluation of options, identifications of sites, leasing, purchase of real estate, etc.)

•  Facilities Management (housekeeping, repairs and maintenance, BOM, service desk, etc.)

•  Managing all office safety (protection of lives/assets) related matters to include fire drills, safety audits, etc.

•  Managing premises security related matters (security guards, card access system, branch alarm/CCTV, etc.)

•  Supporting the COB plan of the business through back up sites and redundant facility infrastructures.

•  Containing cost through leveraging purchases, vendor management, space allocation, expense reporting/direct charges to tenants.


Qualifications :

•  The incumbent will hold a university's degree or above in Engineering or Architectural.

•  It is vitally important that the candidate have a strong set of management skills.

•  He/she will have at least 5 years working experience in the facilities management/project management field on a managerial level.

•  Experience with Multinational companies/foreign real estate service companies is preferable.

•  The incumbent will have good command of written and spoken English .
