Location : The position will be based in Guangdong

Reporting Relationship :General Manager

Education : A Bachelor degree or above. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.


Responsibilities:

• Report to the General Manger and oversee the whole factory, incl. manufacturing process and quality control, logistics, supplier control, production control, safety control, etc.;

• Responsible for the manufacturing engineering and product engineering

• Provide training and coach to workers and other staff; responsible for the recruitment of skilled workers and engineers;

• Responsible for the daily operation; ensure the production is accomplished on time and quality is well controlled

• Coordinate with trading people to ensure the shipping and other related matters; work closely with sales department to set the production plans

• Solve emergent cases

• Manufacturing, design engineering, purchase/logistic, --QA and after sales service.

Qualifications :

• Has mechanical engineering/industrial engineering education background and has at least 8 years work experience;

•Has experience of working with a wholly owned foreign or JV company in a machinery manufacturing industry.

•Two to three years of engineering design experience is a plus.

•Five years of management experience at senior position for operations/manufacturing.

• Familiar with ERP/MRPII system, Fouthshift software system experience is a plus.

•Details and results oriented, good personality and team player, good motivator, able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
