Location : The position will

Manager
Education :A Master degree or
above. Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
As an important member of the Asia regional marketing
team, develop, establish and execute marketing strategies &
programs specific to China.
Promote company¡¯s brand image in China, working with sales
and marketing personnel in all regions in China through customer
focussed presentations, seminars, road shows and Advertising and
promotions.
Participate and contribute to China business plan study,
currently being conducted by a global team.
Work with Customer Development Manager based in Singapore
to develop, establish, and execute a customer development plan to
grow share of indirect customers (consultants, dealers & contractors)
business.
Managing dealer/contractor promotional programs and local
advertising as needed
Coordinate market research by industry segments (vertical
markets).
Own the ¡°Market intelligence process¡± and provide inputs
to the country leader and regional office when required.
Evaluate local market drivers, emerging trends and the competitive
arena.
Provide input on product and service requirements to Regional
Marketing Leader based in Singapore.
Identify potential growth opportunities.
Represent the company in industry and market development
initiatives
Qualifications :
University graduate in Business, Advertising, or
Engineering, preferably MBA.
Good command of written and spoken English.
10 years of experience in sales / marketing
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing
plans
Proven experience in the business-to-business marketing
arena
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen
Able to keep in touch with trends and industry and customers
Understand the role of systems and solutions in company¡¯s
business
Strong leadership skills
Visionary and strategic thinker
