Location : The position will be
based in Shanghai.

Education : A Bachelor degree
or above. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
The HR Director¨C China will report directly
to President China and functionally to Regional HR Director of Asia
Pacific, and will be responsible for the overall Human Resources
operations in China both at the Headquarter and at the manufacturing
and branches.
Lead& coordinate about 15 staffs within the Human
Resources department including both specialists like C&B and
generalists.
As a key member of the China management team, he or
she needs to provide value added people program and process tools
and skills in alignment with business strategies.
The successful candidate also performs as a consultant
to different business entities in human resources planning and management.
He or she should review, recommend, and implement practical
and seamless human resources practices, policies and plans in the
business units including compensation and benefits, training and
development, organizational development, manpower planning, performance
management, talent acquisition and retention etc. to facilitate
business growth.
Maintains knowledge of relevant award, legislation
and regulations to ensure the company fully complies with their
provision.
Supervises employee communication programs including publication
of newsletters.
Plant administration function.
Train and develop HR staff
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years working experience in large
multinational manufacturing companies, with a leadership role in
Human Resources
Familiar with China Labor Law and regulations
Good interpersonal skill, be able to work well with
Foreign and Chinese Partners.
The successful candidate must possess well rounded
experiences in all the key disciplines of HR such as C & B,
Training & Development, Recruitment and Organization Development,
etc.
The successful candidate must be very proactive, highly energetic,
sensitive to changes, and confident in dealing with senior management.
Previous experiences in managing similar transitions and building
unified cultures amidst fast changes and strong history would be
highly desirable.
Good verbal and written communication skill, both in English
and Mandarin.
