Education :A Bachelor degree or above. Mandatory fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is to be responsible for the pan-China marketing & sales development of company’s business.

• The ideal candidate should manage and develop the China sales team successfully to achieve the sales target.

• He or she should be able to build up strong pan-China sales coverage in collaboration with branch managers; establish, develop and maintain the sales system; promote the sales under his charge and ensure the marketing plans are fully implemented and the sales objectives are fully achieved; and implement the sales strategy for China paid business.

• The successful candidate should define target customer profiles and device strategy for winning the business, penetrating new areas in China and implement the sales reporting system (CRM).

• He or she should be responsible for cooperating with the Branch and operation team to ensure the smooth business operation and the preparation and control of the sales budget.

• Meanwhile, the ideal candidate is also responsible for training and developing the existing sales organization and ensuring the proper and optimum development of management and non-management resource in the sales organization.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate, in his or her late 20's to mid 40's with a bachelor degree, should have at least 5 years proven track record in sales preferably with intimate knowledge about sea-and airfreight or logistics services.

• He or she should have in-depth understanding about Chinese market, extensive network of contacts with both state owned companies and multinational companies, and strong leadership with influencing and communication skills.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, the ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills, be good at dealing with complexity of organization and political issues.

• Sufficient PC literacy will be a necessity.
