Location : The position will be based in Hangzhou

Reporting Relationship :Chief Financial Officer

Education :A Bachelor degree or above. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• The Financial Controller should be responsible for all accounting and internal control functions.

• He/She supervises accounting staff and acts as a backup for CFO.

• The successful candidate should ensure the submission of all required financial reports to WHQ and APAHQ on a complete, accurate and timely basis.

• He/She is going to monitor accounting systems and activities of the accounting section to ensure optimum performance with adequate control and comply with the legal requirements and approved accounting standards.

• He/She should also monitor EDP activities in respect to accounting matters to ensure effective and adequate internal control.

• It is essential that he/she ensure the smooth operation of NGSOFT by keeping proper books and records.

• He/she would be responsible to define clearly responsibilities of each accounting team members and review regularly their performance.

• The ideal candidate should continuously assess team members’ competences and abilities in respect of their jobs and responsibilities as well as propose to CFO for all the possible promotion or transfer of his/her team members. -His/Her responsibilities also include reviewing tax (CAT, IIT and etc.) provision on regular basis (with the assistance of Treasury Manager), monitoring all inter-company billing activities, remittenance, reconciliation of receivables and payables and assists to ensure adequate funding for daily operation and timely payment and also reviewing and updating all loss provision, accruals, reserves, etc. and send to CFO for approval, if necessary.

• It is critical for him/her to be able to lead the write-up and continual reviews and processes of all revisions to the Company Financial Manual and Policy and to ensure the consistence of the Company Financial Manual and Policy with UTC Financial Manual and Policy.

• Other responsibilities include preparation for country Internal Audit, conducting IACR (accounting cycle) and prepare rectification action plan, internal control compliance and diagnosis as well as spotting auditing of the Companies (including branches) compliance with P&Ps, accounting, reporting and controls.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate should be a university graduate with major in finance.

• He/She should posses at least 4-5 years experience in major CPAs firm or 3 years experience in the capacity of accounting manager for a multi-national company.

• The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively in both spoken & written Chinese and English.

• He/She should be proficiency in database & spreadsheet with very good analytical skill, self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as to withstand work pressure.

• This position is open for local Mainland Chinese and also young expatriates.
