Location : The position will be based in Shanghai.

Reporting Relationship : Regional Director

Education :A Bachelor degree or above. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• A seasoned and savvy operator, the Managing Director must be a “ big out-of-box thinker” who can lead the company China to its next stage of critical stage of growth and development .

• He or she must also be a tactful and skillful negotiator who can manage and balance the sensitive and important relationship among the various JV partners.

• As the Managing Director, he or she will have full responsibilities for the China market with emphasis on strategy, business development and developing/maintaining relationship with clients, suppliers, strategic partners, and government officials.

• As the company grows, the need to recruit, train and develop an increasingly complex organization built on good practices is also vital.

Qualifications :

• A seasoned executive with vision and stature, the ideal candidate must have successful track record in managing highly complex operations in logistics, supply chains, and / or manufacturing .

• Specific sectoral or product experience in Computer, Industrial, Consumer, Pharmacueticals Industries are highly desirable.

• General management and experiences are required.

• Experiences as heads of national operations in supply chains, logistics, and manufacturing with demonstrated financial skills and business acumen are also relevant.

• Excellent communications skills are required.

• While nationality is open, solid knowledge and deep passion on China is essential.

• Mandarin speaking is highly preferred. Nationality is open.
