Reporting Relationship : Will report directly to the General Manager of the East China Region

Responsibilities:

•  7 years project management experience.

•  Related experience to factory, public utility, transportation construction.

•  Working experience in China.

•  English fluent, Mandarin good to fluent.

•  Will accept Chinese nationals and or Foreigners.

Duties :

•  Lead a team to complete selected tasks on time and control work flow.

•  Take responsibility for time management and budget control.

•  Liaise with suppliers and keep strict control on supply schedule and budget.

•  Manage the teams workflow and resolve conflict so as to maintain a proper schedule.
